Impact on corn

and collaboration with Grupo Maseca

“Bioaloe technology has had a significant impact on the corn economy, achieving up to a 31% increase in average production per hectare, with a return on investment of 800%.”

Mauricio López Saad

Chairman of the Board of BIOALOE S.A. de C.V.

Part of our mission in Mexico is to exponentially improve the economy of small, medium, and large corn producers, while also enhancing the quality and nutritional content of tortillas.

Conclusions

Campeche

The application of the BIOALOE package had a positive impact on both crop conditions and yield and quality.
Compared to commercial maize, the BIOALOE treatment shows better health and greater mitigation of aflatoxin production risk in Campeche.
The complete BIOALOE package yielded 6.70 tons per hectare, while the minimum yield was obtained in the control group with only 3.55 tons per hectare.
In the second repetition, the BIOALOE treatment yielded 5.89 tons per hectare, while the control group yielded only 4.3 tons per hectare.

Conclusions

Tamaulipas

At first glance, the plots with the BIOALOE FertiFix treatments appeared to be in better condition than the control plot, as the plants were taller and had a better plant color.
The box plots show a difference between the control and the treatments, as higher values were obtained in the BIOALOE FertiFix treatments for practically all response variables.
It can be argued that the BIOALOE FertiFix treatments have an effect on the response variables Plant height, Number of leaves, Stem diameter, Leaf width, Leaf length, and Number of plants.
The selected response variables are desirable characteristics for the farmer as they improve the plant’s photosynthetic capacity (Leaf length, Leaf width, and Number of leaves). These are indicative of optimal development and resistance to abiotic factors.
These characteristics translate into higher and better quality production.
